Nothing runs on the application's own server; the SDK only sends telemetry out. There are SDKs for React, Next.js, Node.js, Python and others, and once one is dropped in it starts reporting. It catches unhandled exceptions, logs stack traces, groups similar errors and alerts on spikes, and its performance monitoring tracks request latency, slow queries and frontend render times.
