Only Account 1 is visible at first: the user has to press Add Account to re-derive accounts 2, 3 and so on. Recovery works on any compatible wallet (BIP-39 and BIP-44) and is not locked to a specific vendor. The password is local to the device, so a new device gets a new password while the seed phrase stays the same.
