blockchain//Besu//Docker path

The Docker path is the option of running the whole Besu workflow through the Besu Docker image, so that no local Java or JDK is needed. Key generation, for instance, is `docker run --rm -v $(pwd)/n1:/data/n1 hyperledger/besu ... export-address`: an ephemeral container runs the Besu CLI tool, saves its output to the host through a volume and removes itself, which is what the `--rm` flag does to a container's lifecycle (Docker lifecycle).

Because Docker abstracts all the dependencies, even students with Java installation problems can use this approach.
