The InfraPhysics CI/CD is the site's own case of CI/CD, the automated validation pipeline that runs on every push to main through GitHub Actions. The current pipeline (validate.yml) runs five steps:

1Checkout2Install with npm ci3Build with npm run buildall content and the production bundle4Typecheck with tsc --noEmit5Run check-references.jsisolated notes, weak parents, duplicate trailing refs, segment collisions

The build itself runs 7-phase validation: reference integrity, self-references, bare trailing refs, parent hierarchy, circular references, segment collisions, isolated note detection. Errors fail the build.

It runs on ubuntu-latest with Node 20, and a concurrency group cancels in-progress runs on new pushes.

It currently triggers on push to main only: no PR validation yet, which means broken content can land before CI catches it. Claude Code runs the same validations locally (build, check-references) on every change, so CI is the safety net for when those checks are skipped.
