User management creates and deletes accounts, assigns licenses (Gmail, Drive, Meet), resets passwords and enforces 2FA.

Device management approves or wipes corporate phones and laptops and enforces screen lock policies.

Security covers audit logs, login activity, suspicious activity alerts and data loss prevention (DLP) rules.

App management enables or disables Google services per organizational unit and manages third-party SAML apps.

It does not manage servers, which is the job of the Google Cloud Console, nor website SEO, which is the job of Google Search Console.
